shop policy

  1. strictly no refunds after the order have been made

  2. we are not liable for lost shipments if the address is entered wrongly

  3. do note that handmade products may differ from the picture and description. Please do not purchase if you wish for the product to be exactly the same as the picture.

  4. if the product is damaged during shipping, only the product costs will be refunded.

  5. item broken due to customer’s mishandling will not be entitled to returns or refunds.

  6. our shop will not be liable for any tax placed on the orders by your country
