how do I make an order?

currently, this website acts as a catalog to show all the products that are being carried in my shop! we do not allow any payments to be made via this website.

to make an order, please proceed to cococart or you may direct message via instagram. for more information, do check out the page "how to order?"

how much is shipping?

we offer both normal and tracked shipping! for normal shipping, it will not come with a tracking number and we are not liable for lost shipments. tracked shipping will be an additional 4 sgd.

how long will it take for my order to arrive after it has been sent out?

domestic orders (singapore): 3 – 7 business days
international orders: 10 – 15 business days

do note that this are only estimations for instore products, shipment is expected to be delayed.

how long will it take for my pre-order to arrive?

for enamel pins, waiting time would be an additional 2-3 months from the end of the preorder deadline.

for custom embroidery, the waiting time would be an additional 1 week.

please only order if you are comfortable with waiting.
